Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our EdTech team. The BDE will play a key role in identifying opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients in the education technology sector. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and technology, with a knack for sales and business development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching potential clients, markets, and partnerships in the EdTech space.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets through direct sales efforts including cold calling, emails, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position the company's offerings.Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to confidently present and demonstrate them to prospective clients.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to close deals.
Collaborative Sales Efforts: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with marketing campaigns.
Follow-Up & Reporting: Track and manage leads through CRM systems and provide regular updates on the pipeline, forecasts, and results.

  • Required Skills:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of the EdTech market and emerging trends
  • Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively


  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the EdTech or technology sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Passion for education technology and a desire to make an impact in the industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,
  • 00 - 25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
* Yearly bonus
