Job Description

At Esenceweb IT, we are a forward-thinking Esenceweb IT company focused on innovation and growth. We're on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Executive who can expand our client base, forge new partnerships, and drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in line with company goals.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and partners through market research, networking, and other proactive business development efforts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.Partnership Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance business opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on key metrics and KPIs, providing detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvement.Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote the company's products/services.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions and presentations that meet client needs.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience (1+ years) as a Business Development Executive or similar role in Esenceweb IT.
  • Leads generation and leads conversion
Strong understanding of sales and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
