Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, research, and pursue potential clients in the international IT development market.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and onboard new clients.
- Business Development: Build strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business avenues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
