Job Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our record management company
  • The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of record management solutions
  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our organization

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct research to understand potential clients record management needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate our record management services to prospective clients through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations and customer service to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to clients to build long-lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive developments, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and expand our client base.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role, preferably in the record management or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of record management processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
