As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our organization
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct research to understand potential clients record management needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Present and demonstrate our record management services to prospective clients through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams including operations and customer service to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services to clients.
Provide ongoing account management and support to clients to build long-lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive developments, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and expand our client base.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role, preferably in the record management or related industry.
Strong understanding of record management processes, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
