Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive at Auxost. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

  • Generate leads through various channels like Upwork, LinkedIn, emails, social media platforms, snov.io etc of prospects or agencies looking to outsource their development work in web and mobile app technologies and maintaining the list and taking them to the next level to quality.
  • Setting sales meetings with door openers or decision makers to understand their requirements, budget, urgency of need of product or service.
  • Creating effective proposals to be shared with clients covering all needs, requirements, effective pricing after getting approvals from senior management

  • Effective follow-ups and meetings to close projects/deals. Using effective communication and negotiation skills to close the clients and generate revenue.
  • Maintaining healthy relationships with clients for repeat orders, coordinating their needs, and requirements to concerned teams for resolutions and delivery of products/services.
  • Create an effective sales funnel
  • Establish and improve sales metrics
  • Understand customer requirements and communicate with product team
  • Develop expertise in financial risk assessment

Must-Have Skills

  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Ability to communicate with clients independently.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end Sales cycle (With Indian and International clients).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
