What We Want:
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth by acquiring new business, expanding our client base, and building long-term relationships with publishers and advertisers. You will be at the forefront of helping the company grow in the competitive ad tech space.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients including publishers, advertisers, and media agencies. Utilize multiple channels (email, phone, networking, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business partners. Pitch Adsolut Media's offerings, focusing on our programmatic solutions, ad exchange demand, and real-time reporting capabilities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction. Serve as the point of contact for key stakeholders and work to continuously improve client experience.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry changes to develop effective business strategies. Provide insights to enhance Adsolut's positioning in the market.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals that meet both client needs and Adsolut Media's business objectives.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track sales performance, generate reports, and present findings to senior management. Use data to refine business development strategies and optimize client acquisition efforts.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital advertising or media industry.
- A Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales is a plus.
- A strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and SSPs is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proactive and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
