Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is suitable for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Includes travelling on daily basis. Should have Two-Wheeler and Driving License.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Good understanding of the building materials industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned market segment
  • Generate leads, qualify them, and convert them into customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and networking events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to attract new customers
  • Prepare and present reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
