We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in Clinical Trials/SMO to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating new business and maintaining client relationships within the Clinical Trials/SMO industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's business within the Clinical Trials/SMO industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other business-related documents
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Development within the Clinical Trials/SMO industry
• Proven track record of success in generating new business and maintaining client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• In-depth knowledge of Clinical Trials/SMO industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
