Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive and Manager at TradeFlock, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and tailor customized advertising and sponsorship solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and potential growth opportunities within target industries and regions.
  6. Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of TradeFlock's advertising and sponsorship offerings.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements that align with business objectives and revenue targets.
  8. Sales Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
