Salary Range: 17K - 25K INR
Job Summary:
Simi Stove Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, promoting Simi Stove products, and closing sales over the phone. This role is key to driving revenue and expanding our customer base, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to introduce Simi Stove products, explain features and benefits, and persuade customers to purchase.
Customer Needs Analysis: Actively listen to customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
Lead Management: Maintain a database of leads, keep detailed records of customer interactions, and follow up on sales leads.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product information, specifications, and industry developments to effectively answer customer questions.
Customer Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with customers, handle objections professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports on calls, conversions, and sales metrics to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
