Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Hyderabad

Package: upto 5LPA+ incentives upto 10%

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company. You will collaborate with various departments to develop strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships:Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with the company's offerings.

3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

4. Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and finalize contracts.

5. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.

6. Proposal Development:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the company's products or services value proposition.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.

8. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management on sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and market trends.

9. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
