At Great Kapital, we help companies optimise their supply chain with our plug-and-play tech solutions. We help large companies who are looking to procure goods by aggregating all their suppliers and offer a more extended credit period to the buyer while paying the suppliers as per the original credit terms. This helps them to streamline their procurement operations and reduce the requirement for on-balance sheet debt while improving free cash flows.
You would be an integral part of a workplace that is at the intersection of finance, technology, and supply chain and be able to rub shoulders with some of the best talents in India from institutions such as McKinsey, Ernst & Young, Flipkart, Freshworks, and the Schwarzman Scholars Programme.
You will be closely working with the business development lead and the senior management, where the role will involve building our existing sales pipeline.
What you will be doing in this role:
- In collaboration with the business development leadership, you will define and execute the sales strategy, ensuring we're able to grow our business with supply chain finance solutions for large corporations.
- Working with the business development team to prospect, engage, and close corporate anchors to whom our solution will be most meaningful.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- You will work with our various partners spread all across the supply chain financing ecosystem including banks, and insurance firms, to find opportunities for meaningful, mutually-beneficial collaborations.
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company.
Must haves:
- MBA or any relevant program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Curiosity to learn and a sense of comfort with uncertain contexts evolving rapidly.
- Ability to develop a solid understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to stay organised, detail-oriented, flexible, and highly motivated.
Good to haves:
- Prior experience in working with CRMs.
- Prior experience in the FinTech/Supply Chain space.
