Job Description

  • Seek out new prospects actively through lead generation activities such as cold calling, LinkedIn networking, events and trade fair participation, etc.
  • Understand customers needs and have empathy with their problems
  • Demonstrate superior product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries
  • Identify key people/decision-makers, engage them, and attract interest in GBLs products
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to potential customers
  • Maintain cordial relationships with current and potential customers and relevant stakeholders (e.g. brands) to get the pulse of trends and opportunities in the market
  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle starting from pre-sales to post-sales and report relevant sales data

What we are looking for

  • Proven sales experience at a startup with at least 2+ years in a B2B SaaS business (Product or Managed Services)
  • Have a user first mindset
  • Proficient in Lead gen and corporate productivity tools(G-suite, Zendesk, Canva, Easyleadz, etc.) and web conference tools. Experience with marketing and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, self-management and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM is a plus.
