Job Description: Business Development Associate

We are currently seeking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate at DCSIPL, you will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within the portable cold storage market. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at meeting and exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs related to cold chain

Generate potential leads, identify challenges faced by clients w.r.t temperature-controlled storage needs and effectively communicate value proposition of DCS Portable Cold Storage solutions

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase DCS's products and services

Prepare accurate quotes & proposals for clients, maintaining detailed database in the CRM system

Utilize your negotiation skills to close deals with clients, addressing any queries professionally

Gather feedback from potential clients, providing valuable insights to internal teams for continuous improvement

Work in tandem with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery and installation of cold storage units, meeting client expectations

Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while providing timely reports

Coordinate, prepare, and actively participate in exhibitions and relevant business events to promote our products and services

In addition to these responsibilities, you may be assigned other tasks as and when needed

Requirements:

Proven experience of 3+ years in B2B sales or similar role in a related industry (portable cold storage, refrigeration, or similar).

Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi with active listening skills

Hands-on experience with CRM and proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs

Thorough understanding of sales process and negotiating techniques with result driven approach

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required would be plus

Fluency in the additional language(s) would be plus
