Job Description ;-
- Work Experience: 6 months to 3 years
- Location: 6th Floor, Office No. 602 B, B Wing, Times Square Building Andheri East, Nearest Metro Station, :, Marol, Naka, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400069.
- Work Mode: 6 days, Work from Office (Rotational shift)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct counseling sessions: Engage with prospective students through various communication channels to understand their educational needs, and career aspirations, and match them with appropriate courses offered by Digital Vidya.
- Provide program information: Explain the features, benefits, and curriculum of different digital marketing programs to students, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
- Assess student eligibility: Evaluate students backgrounds, qualifications, and work experience to determine their eligibility for specific courses and provide appropriate guidance.
- Offer personalized guidance: Understand students learning objectives and career goals to suggest suitable courses and learning paths tailored to their needs, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Drive admissions: Assist students through the enrollment process, including explaining payment options, sharing program schedules, and ensuring smooth on-boarding.
- Follow-up and conversion: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to address any concerns or queries they may have, build strong relationships, and convert them into enrolled students.
- Stay updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, Digital Vidya's course offerings, and competitors offerings to provide up-to-date information and advice to students. Must-Have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals and build rapport.
- Excellent counseling and persuasion skills to guide students effectively and address their concerns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, trends, and career opportunities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 3+ years
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00 - 40,000.03 per month
