Location - Hyderabad: 6 days working (Weekends working)
Notice Period - Immediate joiner
CTC - Upto 5.5 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variable)
Responsibilities
1: Identify potential business opportunities and target markets. Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and potential clients.
2: Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present company products or services.
3: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet Weekly Targets.
4: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
5: Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
6: Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of cognico programs.
7: Provide personalised attention and exceptional customer service. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.
8: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in line with company guidelines. Should complete all necessary sales documentation and follow-up activities.
Skills:
1: Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2C environment is must .
2: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3: Edtech Experience will be a plus
4: Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
5: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
7: Familiarity with market research and Lead Generation
