Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Professional to join our Sales team and drive growth across various markets. We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional with 1 to 2 years experience in ITES business development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Lead list building, strong email communication, CRM management, cold calling, and outbound outreach. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential, as the primary Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) will include build ICP, Lead generation, creating compelling customer presentations for sales pitch, maintaining CRM hygiene and building marketing collateral from time to time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels including cold calling, cold email sequences, and outbound outreach strategies via effectively communicating the value of our consulting services.
- Presentation Development: Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and decks tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring CRM hygiene and effective pipeline management.
- Use Case Creation: Develop and present detailed use cases that demonstrate the value and application of our services to potential clients.
- Learning & Development: Continuous learning of our services/solutions and industry trends, adapting lead generation strategies to meet evolving market demands.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in ITES business development, preferably within the Data Analytics services or general IT services
- Bachelor's degree or MBA from Tier-2 colleges
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in using CRM, Sales Engagement & and Market Intelligence tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey value propositions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and tools in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
