Job description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the edutech sector, and will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to our overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Product Presentations:
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Showcase the value and benefits of our edutech solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure consistent progress towards achieving sales targets and goals.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively.
- Ensure that sales terms align with company objectives and policies.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the edutech or related sector.
- Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
