We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the edutech sector, and will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Product Presentations:
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Showcase the value and benefits of our edutech solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Ensure consistent progress towards achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively.
  • Ensure that sales terms align with company objectives and policies.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Marketing:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Support marketing initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
  • CRM Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Prepare regular sales reports highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the edutech or related sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
