EDUCATION - BE, Btech or MBA Marketing/Operations/Retail

About the Programs:
PANKH Wings of Destiny is TRRAIN's flagship program, which aims to skill Persons with Disabilities
(PwDs) and provide them employment opportunities in retail industry. The initiative aims to create
sustainable livelihoods for PwDs and also promote inclusive growth in the retail sector. Over a journey
of 13 years, this program has impacted the life of 25,000 plus PwDs.
TRRAINHer Ascent is an initiative which began in 2018 to empower women in retail. TRRAINHer Ascent
aims at training and creating livelihood opportunities for young women in retail. It focuses on providing
employment to those who want to join the retail industry. Through this livelihood program, TRRAIN
aims to promote a gender-diverse workforce in retail. Over a journey of 5-plus years, this program has
impacted the life of close to 9000 plus young women.
Specific Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate with Operations team for completion of batches to build a placement schedule
Identify new employers / accounts to open opportunities for the trainees to be place
Identify annual regional demand from employers and accordingly ensure availability of
participants
Organize Job Fairs, Employer Meets, Partner's Meet, Alumni Meet and various other events /
activities for sharing ideas and information to build a pipeline and support placements of
beneficiaries
Facilitate to connect the employers having local as well as pan India presence with operations
team.
Guide, support, follow up with employers with respect to any requirements.Out and out
account management.
Ensure Database of the employers is maintained at any given time
Maintain CRM of takeholders.
Sustain regular communication and bilateral relationship with all parties
Supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff to meet objectives.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in budget planning and cost control measures.
Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Work Experience:
Min 2 years experience in operations/retail etc.
