We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team at Career Kendra. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for expanding our business and clientele across Pan India. This is a full-time position based in Delhi with a competitive salary range. Qualifications And Skills

  • Any Gradate
  • Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Willingness to travel across Pan India.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Pan India.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and lead generation.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on market trends and developments.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
