As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for expanding our business and clientele across Pan India. This is a full-time position based in Delhi with a competitive salary range. Qualifications And Skills
- Any Gradate
- Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the staffing industry and market trends.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel across Pan India.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Pan India.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and lead generation.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on market trends and developments.
- Prepare and present business proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
