Key Responsibilities:

Branding:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand-related content.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Support in organizing brand campaigns and events.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Marketing:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior.
• Support content creation for social media, email marketing, and other channels.
• Help in the coordination and execution of events and promotions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing alignment.

Leadership:

• Participate in a structured leadership development program.
• Rotate through different departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business.
• Work on strategic projects and initiatives.
• Assist senior leaders in daily operations and decision-making processes.
• Attend leadership training sessions and workshops.
• Develop and present reports on assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• FRESHERS ARE MOST WELCOME.
