Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
4 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g. Python, R, Java, C++).
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in scripting, statistical analysis (e.g., Python, R, Stata, SPSS, SAS), developing and managing metrics, and evaluating programs/products.
Experience in extracting, sampling and visualization of large data sets, writing and maintaining ETLs which operate on a variety of structured and unstructured sources, delivering production level metrics, insights and actions.
Experience in project management and process optimization with data analytics.

Responsibilities
Bootstrap and drive a wide range of high-impact projects, developing business cases and driving strategic decisions. Support specific go-to-market projects via developing success metrics and owning reporting back on the impact of initiatives.
Engage and influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners, obtain buy in for potential solutions, adapt messaging and suggested recommendations, deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
Design and implement automated and standardized analysis tools, empowering business stakeholders to uncover business opportunities and make informed decisions.
Track and report on key operational metrics, provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership based on analysis, experience, and good acumen. Investigate the root causes of business problems, providing solutions that go beyond superficial observations.
