Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business System Analyst

Firstsource is currently looking for a Business System Analyst for the Hyderabad location

Experience Required:

3+ years in Business Analysis

At least2-4 years of experience in defining/developing software products and/or implementing & managing CRM/CSM software development efforts

Skills Required:

Excellent planning, organization, and problem identification skills demonstrated

via the ability to identify minimum viable product (MVP) requirements and prioritize accordingly .

Proven experience working with one or more CRM or CSM technologies/platforms (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, HubSpot, NICE, etc.)

Experience translating business requirements into project features, user stories, and tests

Knowledge of multiple approaches to digital assistant development and implementation is preferred

Some understanding of Agile methodology (tools, processes, roles)

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders, including vendors, test teams, process managers, and end users to ensure solutions are delivered according to schedule, with the required functionality, and in alignment with business goals/requirements
• Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data for process improvements and content enhancements Analyze/document new and existing processes and procedures
• Follow SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) processes
• Adhere to the ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
