We are seeking a professional Data cum Business Analyst for a position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, located at the MPSeDC customer site. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in projects involving CRM/ERP/SAP systems.
Responsibilities:-
- Analyzing business requirements by reviewing project scope, proposals, and other sources, engaging in discussions with stakeholders or customers, and gathering process artifacts, configuration data, and documentation for business analysis purposes.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. There should be clear communication of requirements to the development team and assisting them in formulating an effective development strategy.
- Participate in process flow analysis and process design along with the technical team
- Creating user interface wireframes and workflows, defining external interfaces. Conducting functional analysis and design and validating technical designs in alignment with functional requirements
- Understand Dashboard, Analytics & Reporting Requirement and get that prepared with the help of Developer & Database Administrator.
- Review Test Suits, Test Results, Configuration data to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Perform in-progress or incremental evaluations of work products and services against process descriptions, standards, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and functionalities.
Desired Qualification
- The candidate should hold a degree in B.Tech/BE/MCA
- The candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience
- The candidate must have experience in CRM/ERP/SAP projects
- The candidate must have experience in e-Governance projects or project coordination in Centre/State/Public Sector Units, with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Certification
The candidate must have any of the following certificates:-
IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)/ IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)/ IIBA Certification in Business Data Analytics (CBDA)/PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA).
