Responsibilities
Job Description
- To act as an interface between business stakeholders and the implementation teams
- 3+ Years of expertise in working as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Analyst
- Gather business requirements from the stakeholders and convert them into technical requirements for implementation purposes.
- Managing coordination at with central IT and India teams as required
- Liaise with implementation partners/vendors to obtain a project plan on the implementation, which includes scope, time, and cost (but not limited to the aforesaid)
- Coordinate UAT before the system implementation
- Escalate any issues/blockers with management causing delays
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM or other CRM applications is essential
- Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Ops is good to have but not essential
- Prior experience in managing digital projects will be an advantage
- Understanding of Project Management methodology
- Understanding of Real Estate business - Preferred but not Essential
- Proactive, able to work well under pressure, good support attitude, able to work well either on their own, or part of a team
- Good understanding of system life cycle phases
- Candidates having immediate availability for joining will be highly preferred
