Job Description:As a Business Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT and telecommunication sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to identify new business opportunities.
Proven experience as a Business Acquisition Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the IT and telecommunication sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
