Read on...then Begin your application at the bottom of this Description: ROLE (Overview of the Position): As a B2B Appointment Setter for CAPIFUND you will support our sales and marketing team through exceptional prospecting, appointment setting activities, and conversations to generate new business opportunities at the agency level for our sales department. The official title for this role is BDM Business Development Manager. The appointments you book will be with Business Owners and a first step in our process to help them grow. To be a successful B2B Appointment Setter For CAPIFUND, you must excel at prospecting, engaging conversations, setting up calls on calendars, plus managing and tracking appointments set using our CRM. [Training Provided] Your Key Metric of Success is Simple: Qualified Booked Appointments That Show Up For Sales Calls. RESPONSIBILITIES Appointment Setting: You should have a strong grasp of prospecting and sales techniques, effective time management, and good communication skills in order to successfully book appointments for our sales team with medical practices. Appointments will be set primarily via phone call but also via email. Cold Call / Warm Call Leads to develop relationships, deliver value and book calls with sales team Qualify Leads Book appointments Manage CRM including notes on all activities, conversations and future next steps. Track Performance Daily and pay close attention to metrics. Attend Our Meetings as required, including but not limited to; coaching, leadership, company training, daily huddles. Show up on time for daily huddles at 10.30am EST Your Key Metric of Success is Simple: Qualified Booked Sales Appointments That Show Up For RESULTS (Expected Accomplishments): Sales Calls. Outbound Sales Touch-Points Made: Calls, Email Intro (Qualifying Calls) Booked Intro (Qualifying Calls) Shows (Completed) REQUIREMENTS (Expected Proficiencies): As detailed above, you will be required to make calls and book appointments. You will also be required to show up with a level of energy and enthusiasm! Outbound Prospecting: Including but not limited to cold calls, warm calls to existing leads, emails, Qualifying Leads: Using scripts and frameworks to pre-qualify leads for sales calls Booking Appointments Handle inbound leads (incoming sales calls, emails) and manage them through the early phase of LinkedIn Messaging. the sales cycle Confirm inbound appointments booked Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment while maintaining a sense of energy and perspective. Organization: Staying organized, keeping notes, folders, and follow-up tasks. Ability to learn and move quickly and execute at a high level with speed Reachable and responsive to team members (SKYPE) during working hours Autonomy and ability to thrive in remote work environments Remember the Key Outcome is most important: Qualified Sales Appointments Booked That Show Up!
