- Roles and Responsibilities
- Proficiency in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Expertise in prospecting and identifying potential leads across various industries.
Ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Skilled at engaging with decision-makers and building rapport quickly.- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
CRM & Sales Tools Expertise:Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to track sales activities.
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or Apollo.io).
Ability to generate and manage reports to track outreach effectiveness.- Negotiation & Persuasion:Ability to negotiate and persuade prospects, demonstrating the value of the product to their specific needs.
Proficiency in handling objections and closing sales leads.
- Industry & Product Knowledge:Understanding of SaaS sales processes and business models.
Ability to grasp complex AI and technology concepts to explain the benefits of Weam.ai to non-technical audiences.- A passion for AI adoption and how it can benefit businesses.
Time Management & Organization:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize prospects and follow up at the right time.
Self-discipline to stay on top of personal sales goals and deadlines.
- Data-Driven Approach:Ability to analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make informed decisions based on metrics.
