Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key industry trends.
- Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through various channels, including online research & networking events.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their IT service needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Sales Presentations:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our IT services and address client requirements.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the team to coordinate efforts and contribute to the achievement of team targets.
- CRM Management:Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Master degree in Master of Business Administration in Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of IT services and industry trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
