Business Development Executive (BDE)
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive with a strong background in agency settings. The ideal candidate will excel in both email outreach and inbound call handling, with the ability to convert leads into business opportunities. The role requires expertise in using email marketing tools, managing databases, and handling inbound client inquiries to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Outreach: Design, implement, and manage email campaigns using tools such as Brevo, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, and Campaign Monitor. Tailor content to engage potential clients and drive responses.
  • Database Management: Create and maintain comprehensive databases using Data.com and Apollo. Ensure data accuracy and relevance for effective outreach.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Manage inbound client inquiries and calls efficiently. Provide detailed information about services, address client queries, and assess their needs.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify and segment target audiences for email outreach efforts, and utilize inbound calling skills to convert leads into business opportunities. Develop customized proposals based on client requirements.
  • Campaign Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns and inbound call interactions. Utilize analytics to measure open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall client satisfaction. Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business. Regularly follow up with clients to maintain engagement and identify further opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach and inbound strategies with overall business goals. Contribute to sales planning and strategy sessions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to lead conversion, email campaigns, and sales outcomes. Analyze results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities, inbound interactions, client responses, and sales outcomes. Ensure proper documentation for follow-up actions and reporting.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience with email outreach tools (Brevo, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Campaign Monitor).
Previous experience in business development within an agency environment.
  • Proven success in inbound calling and lead conversion.
Experience with database creation and management tools (Data.com, Apollo).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple client interactions and sales processes efficiently.
  • Skills:
Proficient in email marketing, database management, and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
