Job Title: Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and the ability to understand client needs to offer the best solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must have done email outreach to find leads for their previous organisation.
