Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Intern to support our sales team in identifying, pursuing, and closing business-to-business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation through market research and prospecting.
- Support in identifying potential clients and maintaining a detailed database of leads.
- Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including organizing meetings and maintaining sales records.
- Attend client meetings, if necessary, to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about the sales process.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
