Job Role: B2B Field Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the B2B sector in Mumbai.
- Prospecting and Networking: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking, cold calling, and relationship building with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and B2B partners, understanding their travel requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients, showcasing our DMC services and capabilities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes that align with company policies and objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to customize offerings and address client needs effectively.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
- Team Support: Provide support and guidance to the sales team as needed to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales within the travel industry, with a focus on destination management services or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry dynamics, including destination management services, corporate travel management, and B2B sales strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel) and CRM software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
