Job Title- B2B Sales Associate

Job Category-Full Time 40 hours per week.

Job Location-Virtual

Business Financial Group (BFG) is a family-owned and operated professional Accounting Company based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We are committed to providing personalized Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Tax Services to business owners in the USA with yearly sales revenue of $300,000 to $20 Million.

We have an opening for a full-time B2B sales associate.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach activities, including cold calling, appointment setting, and CRM cleansing, to generate leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Utilize proper outreach methods such as text messages, emails, and voicemails to engage with leads and maximize response rates.
  • Call hot and warm leads generated through various marketing channels, following established guidelines for communication and lead management.
  • Update lead information accurately and comprehensively in Zoho CRM after each interaction, including making notes and scheduling follow-up calls as needed.
  • Present and articulate the value propositions of our Accounting, Payroll, and Tax Services to qualified leads, effectively closing deals through persuasive communication.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, expediting the resolution of any problems or complaints to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes within designated timeframes, demonstrating a results-driven approach to sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with support team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing clients, conducting regular follow-ups to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify new project opportunities.
  • Develop tailored presentations, proposals, and client agreements, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to management, detailing customer feedback, emerging needs, competitive insights, and opportunities for product and service enhancements.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM, and 2 PM to 5 PM USA Eastern Time

Training

BFG will provide the necessary training for your required job responsibilities.

Remuneration

INR 30000 - INR 60000 per month

Requirements Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Professional Services: Understanding the value proposition, industry trends, and how the services meet the needs of clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: At least three years of experience in sales in the service industry. Familiarity with the specific professional services offered by the company, whether it's consulting, legal services, accounting.
  • Consultative Selling Skills (B2B): The ability to ask insightful questions, listen actively to client needs, and propose tailored solutions that address those needs.
  • Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with clients where trust and credibility are paramount.
  • Solution-Oriented Thinking: Creative problem-solving and the ability to think critically about how the services can add value to the client's business.
  • Presentation and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Essentially for presenting the company's services to potential clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Be able to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships and achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Project Management Skills: Ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery and to manage client expectations.
  • Continuous Learning: Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and new developments in the field.
  • Team Collaboration: Be able to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver value to clients.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets is required (Google sheet, Gmail, Google Docs, etc). Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferably Zoho CRM.

Technology Requirements.

  • You must have a high-speed internet connection with the following minimum requirements: (You may test your internet speed at www.speedtest.net
  • 150 Mbps Download speed
  • 9 Mbps Upload speed.
  • Backup internet service to avoid any internet connection problems.
  • Proper power backup to work without any distractions.
  • A desktop computer or laptop with good quality.
