Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative with a client of Blue Dots Consultancy Services in Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales & marketing.
Qualifications:MBA (Finance)
Work Timings and Days :12pm -9pm,Monday to Friday.
Interview Rounds:3, namely-
1. Telephonic Round
2. Selection round with C.E.O.
3. HR final call for salary Negotiations.
The selected candidate will be working closely with the C.E.O.
The purpose of this position is to provide sales and analytical support to the CEO. The Investment Sales Intern supports the growth of our client by drafting, reviewing, and finalising sales presentations for external use, performing investment analysis, providing market research, and acting to coordinate internal and external resources during sales engagements. This role is expected to enhance the productivity and success of the sales effort by collecting and interpreting data, prioritising tasks and producing high quality deliverables for consumption by sales team members, clients and prospects.
The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:
Provides front ine on-demand sales team member support. Identifies and prioritises critical requests and needs. Partners with senior team members (Sales Management, Regional Directors, Associate Regional Directors) as a resource to enhance client interactions via presentation creation, investment analysis, meeting and logistic support,
and territory-level CRM database cleanup and maintenance.
Portfolio performance data collection, asset allocation, fund and solution pricing support, and other investment solution related tasks as required.
Creation of client and prospect specific output using provided sales tools with particular attention to deadlines and detail. Researching meeting attendees, open opportunities, meeting notes and other general meeting preparation.
Coordination of compliance approval process for all relevant deliverables, ownership of quarterly and monthly reporting items, and delivery of requests for client onboarding support.
The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:
B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
At least two years of relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge of financial markets, investment industry, investment products, or other related financial area
Ability to conduct and present thorough research on potential clients, competitors and other sales process stakeholders
Demonstrated client relationship ability
Credible and confident with the ability to communicate with stakeholders
Ability to execution on time, under pressure, and with quality on different projects
simultaneously
Proven analytical, technical, and systems skills
Self-starter and able to demonstrate initiative
