Job Role -
Within our BPO division, we are searching for an experienced and motivated AVP/VP to relocate, establish, and oversee the Fraud Operations function for a significant US-based telecom client. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for a strategic leader to manage the complete transfer of fraud processes from our managed services vertical to the client, start from scratch and develop a top-tier fraud operations team, and guarantee the highest standards of fraud protection and service delivery.
As the team leader, you will be in charge of hiring and supervising over thirty fraud specialists and developing frameworks, procedures, and systems to identify, reduce, and stop fraud. In order to maximise operational efficiency, you will also lead continuous improvement projects and serve as the client's main point of contact.
* Process Migration & Transition: Take the lead in moving the client's fraud operations, making sure there is as little interruption as possible and that all processes linked to fraud are integrated seamlessly.
* Team Building & Management: Assemble, train, and oversee a highly productive fraud operations team including more than thirty experts working on several sub-processes.
* Operational Leadership: Assume complete responsibility for the fraud operations unit and make sure that all protocols and systems adhere to industry and client requirements.
* Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for the client, fostering a solid rapport in order to guarantee alignment with the client's operational expectations, risk management plans, and business objectives.
* Performance and SLA Management: Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Keep an eye on the team's performance to make sure they continuously achieve or surpass goals and produce excellent results.
* Process Optimisation & Continuous Improvement: To strengthen efforts to detect and prevent fraud, find ways to automate and improve processes. To promote operational excellence, make use of industry best practices, technology, and data analytics.
