Job Purpose
This position is crucial for ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The HR is responsible for a variety of tasks, including overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee life cycle and implementing HR policies and procedures.
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding: Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
HR Administration: Managing HR records, payroll and benefits administration
Performance Management: Implementing the performance appraisal process, providing feedback, and supporting employee growth and development.
Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and supporting employee development programs.

Specialized knowledge- HR Domain
