Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Mentoring: Provide high-quality instruction to students, ensuring a deep understanding of the Class 11-12 curriculum and the JEE/NEET exam pattern.
Doubt Clearing: Assist students by clearing their doubts and providing guidance on challenging topics.
Session Management: Take over sessions in place of senior lecturers when needed.
Test Preparation: Prepare test papers that meet IITJEE/NEET standards to help students practice effectively.
Communication: Engage effectively with students and parents, maintaining clear and open communication.
Organization: Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth operation of classes.
Passion for Teaching: Demonstrate a commitment to nurturing and guiding students towards academic success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Teacher, preferably in a JEE coaching institute.
Deep knowledge of the Class 11-12 curriculum, JEE exam pattern, and relevant study materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
