Role: Associate Account Manager - Client Servicing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive to manage our client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns.
- Monitor and analyze client usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus
