Basic Function- Lead Enterprise Automation and Applications Projects & Initiatives managing deeper engagements with stakeholders from Functions and corporate and drive Functional-Technology Roadmap
- Lead and drive scoping, solutioning, delivery, implementation and adoption of enterprise capabilities across EXL Enterprise
- Planning, Monitoring and Controlling multiple projects using organizational processes and techniques
- Participate in evaluation and recommendation of Information Systems strategy for the Enterprise including short-term and long-term roadmap/plans.
- Drive partnership and alliances with OEM/Suppliers/Partners for capacity creation, skill augmentation, support and go-to-market capabilities
- Quickly adoptable to organization's process framework, enterprise environment with a self-starter and go getter attitude
- Should be a team player, building relations with other cross-functional teams thereby jointly delivering organizational objectives

Essential Functions- Participate/Drive Ideation and innovation strategies with Enterprise (Enabling Functions & Corporate), value showcasing from selected Initiatives
- Manage qualitatively, multiple application enablement initiatives across enterprise and effective tracking & reporting to Sponsors/Stakeholders
- Interface/Liaison with Functions for all Technology related deliveries, define the requirements for services, tools, data and process to be use across multiple clients
- Perform high level assessment of business need, create project charter, understand project's vision and requirement and contribute to scoping discussions
- Perform initial project feasibility (ROI), business case analysis for qualitative and quantitative benefit realization
- Prepare project plan, manage project budget and schedule during delivery, handle internal and external stakeholder updates through governance and risk management
- Plan measures to track project progress and quality of work, manage changes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Lead performance management activities including skill development, review and appraisals, recognition and coaching of team members
- Leverage talent / resources on the team to generate results
