Job Summary:
Cosmos Pumps Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing teams, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in the Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing strategy, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives in the industrial pump industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in Mumbai.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and influencers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team within the assigned territory. Provide guidance, motivation, and support to maximize their potential and performance.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Product Promotion: Organize product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional events. Conduct presentations and technical discussions with customers as required.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics.
