Role Purpose
To manage Banca & Retail Sales Analytics( Consumer Sales) :
1. KPIs tracking, highlight issues in business and identifying opportunities in business along with trend analysis.
2. Lead the team for Consumer sales data distribution through automated models, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of data.
3. Analysis of crucial Metrics for Consumer Sales (PAN India) by using complex data systems such as Turbine to drive the analysis of customer segmentation for sales strategy and planning.
4. Manage all - Consumer Sales dashboards cover Accounts , Spends and other detailed KPIs across geographies & partners.
Role Accountability
1. Download and process data to eliminate data redundancy and summarize and share with senior management for business analysis.
2. Review and publish reports on KPI metrics and prepare sales business review presentations.
3. Drive detailed analysis of all KPIs of the function - QDEs, applications, new accounts, early delinquency, profitability, customer profiling, etc. Identifying levers of each KPI and tracking movement, trends, red flags, etc.
4. Extract MIS and share with E-Apply team for which payout is to be made to partner.
5. To conduct Co-brand partners for offer analysis/ customer spends analysis/transactions analysis per MID, Cobrand Voucher inventory, monthly and quarterly Partner payouts. offer analysis, analysis of past trends that would go as inputs for planning and forecasting exercises.
6. Lead Partner specific analytical deck preparation to promote SBI Card brand value and its influence on partner business growth for Cobrand and BANCA partners.
7. Ensure team is adequately equipped with all the tools & access which required for MIS, Payout and Various other Adhoc requests from Information Technology without any delay.
8. Develop and manage BI ( business Intelligence ) solution that directly impact business and create new opportunities for Sales distribution and growth
9. Identify good customer segment profiles based on profitability & delinquency trends and provide inputs to the sales team for building a better portfolio and highlighting areas of improvement.
10. Ensuring smooth transmission of data to various stakeholders while managing team to deliver with full effectiveness & efficiency.
11. Supervise preparation of monthly Sales performance dashboards & MIS (Consumer Sales) and publish the same to all the stakeholders as per defined timelines. Effectively monitor movement of key business indicators and assist in planning intervention.
12. Account wise profitability computation and generate meaningful insights for key business decisions.
13. Dashboards: Design and generate high quality and impactful / client specific/program specific dashboards and publish as per agreed frequency.
14. Onboarding NFTEs, managing and training them to deliver the output required to analyze business.
15. Publish periodic tracker on Action taken report and follow up on open items to ensure timely closure
16. Work with IT to automate data which otherwise is being processed manually
17. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any)
1. Sound Oracle Data Base knowledge (ODS, RDM & ACMS) for daily data extraction & product/offer analysis.
2. Knowledge of Big Data (Hive & Impala)/PL/ SAS/SQL programming skills SAS for implementation for daily data extraction & product/offer analysis.
3. Knowledge of Excel, Tableau & Power BI for Data Summarization & Visualization, preparing Dashboards, joining data, making sets/groups.
4. Cluster and factor analysis for data exploration & Account Forecasting using regression modeling
5. Expertise in data mining techniques / econometrics / statistics (like logistic regression modeling using SAS, cluster analysis using SAS, CART, various hypothesis testing, etc.)
6. Good understanding of credit card business.
