As the Senior Executive /AM - Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in executing and shaping the company's aggressive growth-oriented business development strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing, business development initiatives, building strategic partnerships, to meet and exceed targets.
Job Description:
- Generation of new business by attracting / acquiring new clients for RLD/Comparator Drugs
- Handle the Key accounts for the business across the globe for the comparator drugs sales.
- Identifying, monitoring & tracking new business opportunities for New and Existing market
- Developing presentations/audio/visuals content for presenting potential new clients
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Responsible for Digital platforms marketing Initiatives, for creating sales opportunities
- Maintaining and Tracking client activities in CRM/SAP
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up and new business
- Developing rapport with key decision makers
- To ensure day to day attending clients requirements and ensure conversion of the inquiry in company's favor.
- Periodic meeting with vendors/clients to ensure smooth business transactions
- Attending exhibitions and to organize the Customers meet across the client base on timely manner.
- Monitor and track the customer wise feedback for the each business accounts.
- Responsible for achieving the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- To analyze the SAP data and derive the customer wise performance and find ways to get the business done in order to achieve the target.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within different teams
