Looks after multiple projects at various locations by developing & managing sales team
Provides necessary support to staffs in working and client handing, manages the Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales, CRM and marketing activities with the help of sales team
Coordinates with executives for sales targets, bookings and site sales related activities
Handles key customers visits and explain them all technical details of the project & solve the queries of customer.
Monitors and review achievement against sales target and initiates activities to increase sales
Surveys market to keep self-updated with current situation of the market and competitors
Maps the geographical location by studying the area target segment, market, future development and use the study to market the property accordingly
Advises on forthcoming projects and discusses about special promotions
Generates weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and share with the management for further action plan
Coordinates with Land Owner & Investors as per company Requirement
Responsible for recovery agreement & follow up
Present and implements ideas for brand promotion to enhance business
Market analysis, competitor's survey, RERA survey, booking and stock reports from RERA, offline survey of market, booking reports of other players from the competitors
Coordinates with vendors to execute promotional tasks - Advertisement, Hoardings, and Exhibitions Organize events, and campaigns
Do training and motivation to the team
Maintain a systematic MIS of branding activities, its schedules and data of related Vendors.
