WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Assist in managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure target achievement.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and promotional activities effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors to drive sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 to 6 years of experience in sales or customer service roles within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
