- We are looking for Area Sales Professional for Core lab business vertical Sales team. The successful candidate will be part of passionate team who will deliver assigned Profit target, sales targets, customer loyalty and ensure complete collaboration across all business verticals and work cross functionally in matrix organization. More so, you will be encouraged to provide innovative ideas towards product, processes and productivity improvements and contribute towards realizing them by learning required new technologies.

- Monitoring, achieving assigned sales target, profit & customer loyalty
- Securing cross functional support from different business verticals & departments in the organization
- Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing to sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Meets assigned territory sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Strategic orientation to achieve results and handle competition.
- Maintains and expands customer base
- Maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities
- Ensuring that the receivables from sales operations are collected within time
- Provides information via CRM tool for forecasts and planning
- Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
- Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt. / other involved professionals and management.
Qualification
- Engineering/Science graduate with 5-10 years of sales experience
- MBA degree would be preferred.
