Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Shakuntal Interior. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the assigned area. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of HPL Compact boards, restroom hardware, and related products.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Coordinate with the on-site fabrication team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and provide regular updates to the management team.
