Incumbent will be responsible for the sales in the assigned region.
Deliver the sales volume target by developing market in the assigned territory as per Annual Operating Plan.
Develop marketing and promotion ideas to increase sales.
Sales forecasting and Budgeting.
Distribution and channel management.
Ensure timely distribution of products by taking daily feedback from the distributors.
Achieve Sales target given by the company.
Add new outlets which should contribute to achieving annual volume/value targets
Ensuring timely registration of customer complaint after personal verification and reimbursement of claim to retailers.
Monitor and train the Jr.ASE/ASEs, provide support and coach the team on driving the business objectives.
Track competitor activity on a continuous basis and take action to counter competitor strategies in order to increase market share.
- Degree with MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG. A candidate working in Jaipur currently will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
