JOB DESCRIPTION :

The ASM (Area Sales Manager) is responsible for managing sales and distribution of Bioweal products in a particular geographical area or territory. The job description typically includes the following responsibilities:

1. Achieving sales targets: The ASM is responsible for achieving the sales targets for the assigned territory by managing the sales team and ensuring that the products reach the end customers.

2. Sales team management: The ASM should be able to manage and coach the distributors sales team to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell sanitary pad products.
