Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing them with best-in-class services
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our air compressor products
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team
